What is an origination charge?

Origination is a fee charged for the setting up and the creation of templates (Printing Screens/Embroidery Digitisation/Jacquards/Photo Etched Plates) to apply your logo in the correct format to the product. In the majority of cases origination charges for repeat orders are free or reduced for the same product and logo.

How can I send my logo?

We may ask for a copy of your logo once we receive you request for a quotation if your logo is more complex. Alternatively, you can email your logo and pantone references if you are happy to proceed to order and receive an artwork proof.

How will you make sure the colours are accurate to my logo?

Each colour in your logo will have a unique colour reference. The most common references are referred to as Pantone references for solid spot colours or CMYK for digital print. If you have these references, please email these with your order, alternatively we will match the colours to your logo on the artwork proof.

Can I check how my logo will look before production?

Each product has an artwork proof that is emailed to you for your approval prior to production. This will show you how your logo will look on the product to check for sizing and colours.

What type of files do you accept?

Suitable files are high resolution PDF or vector-based formats, either EPS or Adobe Illustrator. Our state-of-the-art graphics facility will deliver true and impactful reproduction of your logo, whether printed or embroidered.

Technical Requirements:

A good clean copy of your logo is needed for the best results.

Please supply PMS or CMYK colour references if you have them, if not we will match as close as possible. Specific type styles should be clearly indicated. If specific fonts are to be used, please provide the font(s) or files that are converted to outlines.

Electronic Files:

For best results, follow these guidelines:

Send complete files including all placed images and fonts.
Send hard copy of what the finished artwork should look like.

Once your artwork is drawn, we will e-mail you a PDF of the product with an actual size version of your logo in position for your consideration to proceed.

What are the Delivery Charges?

Costs for UK & Islands and International orders are based on the final consolidated shipment weight and competitive rates can be confirmed by quotation.

When will I receive my order?

Each product has the lead time noted on the product detail screen, in most cases this is 10 working days from approval of artwork excluding printed golf balls which are 5 working days. If your order is urgent, please call us on 0800 043 1335 and we will check production.
